Required Skills & Experience
  • Working knowledge and hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with employee/HR data, data validation, data corrections, or HR data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to research data discrepancies and determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with global teams.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment and reprioritizing tasks as business needs evolve.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Oracle Fusion HCM experience – preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Salesforce experience – strongly preferred.
  • SuccessFactors experience – preferred.
