Job Description:
We are seeking a Scientist with hands-on cryo-EM and structural biology experience to support the development, optimization, and automation of data-processing workflows and scientific tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and analyze cryo-EM data using Single Particle Analysis, Cryo-ET/Tomography, or MicroED approaches.
• Develop and optimize data-processing pipelines and automated workflows.
• Use scripting/programming to develop and improve scientific data-processing tools.
• Perform data analysis and workflow execution in Linux and HPC/cluster environments.
Required Skills:
• Hands-on cryo-EM data processing experience.
• Experience with Single Particle Analysis, tomography/Cryo-ET, or MicroED.
• Strong Linux command-line experience.
• Hands-on experience with HPC/cluster computing.
• Experience with data-processing pipelines, scripting/programming, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with cryoSPARC, RELION, or EPU is preferred.
Salary and Other Compensation:
