• Prepare and support fiduciary income tax returns (Form 1041) and related state filings for trusts and private clients.
• Support attorneys with estate planning and multigenerational wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Gather, review, and organize financial records, trust documents, asset information, and other supporting documentation for trust administration, tax compliance, and estate planning matters.
• Coordinate with private clients, financial institutions, accountants, investment advisors, appraisers, and other professionals to obtain information and support trust and estate matters.
• Assist with trust and estate administration, including trust funding, asset transfers, accountings, inventories, probate-related documentation, and other legal filings.
• Manage multiple client matters independently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and strict deadlines.
• Work closely with attorneys and other professionals to support the ongoing management and preservation of multigenerational family wealth.

• Hands-on Form 1041 experience
• Experience supporting estate planning matters
• Private client / high-net-worth client experience
• Background in trusts, estates, fiduciary matters, or related legal work
• Strong ability to manage multiple client matters and work with attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals
