Job Title: Payroll Accounting Supervisor

Duratin: Full time/ Direct hire

Salary: $120k - $140k per annum

Location: Houston, TX
 
Must-Haves:
  • MINIMUM 8 years experience overall 
  • FLUENT IN SPANISH
  • Experience using GlobalView
  • Experience working in payroll for large companies (minimum 10k employees)
  • Solid understanding of General ledger accounting processes:
    • Accruals, reconciliations, process documentation, etc..
  • Experience with the payroll side of SAP (either ECC or 4Hana)
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Solid excel experience: v-lookups, pivot tables, etc..
Plusses:
  • Blackline experience
  • SmartCompliance experience
  • Any project management experience
