Customer Service - AML / Transaction Monitoring Analyst – Entry Level 
Location: Orlando, FL 
Payrate: $20-24/hr 

Role Overview:
We are seeking entry-level candidates from any non-technical background who are interested in building a career in financial services, AML, and transaction monitoring. No prior AML or technical experience is required. 

Paid Online Training – 4 Weeks 

8 days: Excel & Data 

12 days: AML / Transaction Monitoring 

Training is conducted online and is paid at the applicable minimum state-mandated hourly rate. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Review and analyze transaction and customer data. 

• Support AML and transaction monitoring activities. 

• Perform data validation and identify discrepancies or unusual activity. 

• Prepare and review reports using Excel. 

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders. 

• Work in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality and accuracy. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree required. 

• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome. 

• Any non-technical background is acceptable. 

• Basic to intermediate Excel/Office skills. 

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to learn new processes and work effectively in a team environment.
