Responsibilities:

 

  • Research & resolve member/provider appeals, grievances, and complaints.
  • Review claims, benefits, records & contracts; prepare timely resolutions and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Appeals & Grievances experience
  • 2+ years Managed Care/Healthcare experience
  • Healthcare claims processing experience (Medicare/Medicaid, COB, denials)
