Job Title: Solutions Architect – Workforce Identity & Access Management (WIAM) 
Location: 100% REMOTE
Duration: 09 - 12 Months Contract (High Chances of Conversion)
Pay Range: $70-$73/hr

 
Job Description:
Required Qualifications & Competencies
Education & Experience
  • Minimum Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security Architecture, Threat Modeling, or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
  • Platform Expertise: 7+ years working with cloud and hybrid identity/Zero Trust platforms, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Duo, AWS IAM, or Zscaler.
Technical Skill
  • Protocols & Standards: Deep technical expertise in SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and Zero Trust architecture.
  • Hands-on Tooling: Proven ability to build custom scripts, tools, and automation integrations to enhance IAM capabilities.
  • Frameworks & Compliance: Solid knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI, and SOX regulatory mandates.
  • AI Integration: Experience using AI/ML tools for security automation, access anomaly detection, or identity governance.
Soft Skill & Leadership
  • Strong communication skill with a proven ability to present architectural concepts to both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Experience setting technical direction and leading cross-functional teams through complex enterprise transformations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise security architecture and large-scale IAM transformations.
  • Prior domain experience in the airline, aviation, or transportation sector, including sector-specific compliance understanding.
  • Professional security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CEH.
  • Hands-on experience with emerging tools such as Verified ID, Agent 365, and Large Language Models (LLMs) for security automation.
