Location: Los Angeles, CA 90038 - Onsite Role
Duration: 09 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)
Interview Process: 1 virtual round; 2nd round will be in person
Pay Range: ($27 - $32) on an hourly basis.

Overview:

  • Seeking a detail-oriented Analyst, Digital Deal Management, to support its Global Content Licensing team.
  • This role focuses on digital content distribution, licensing administration, database maintenance, and content availability for movies and television across digital transactional platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Working knowledge of studio home entertainment content distribution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience handling large datasets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customer notices, EMAs, and content availability (avails) processes.
  • Enter and maintain licensing terms for new deals in company databases.
  • Process amendments and update existing deal records.
  • Support content clearance for digital sale and distribution.
  • Research content materials and asset requirements with the Product Fulfillment team.
  • Maintain accurate records and support ad hoc operational projects.
