Title: BIM Modeler II
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 6-12 Months (Contract-to-Hire)
Pay Range: $30 - $35/Hr
 
Overview:
  • We are seeking a BIM Modeler II to support the development, coordination, and maintenance of BIM models for complex engineering and design projects. This is a hands-on BIM role focused on Revit modeling, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, experience working with architectural and engineering teams, and is seeking a long-term career opportunity.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and update BIM models and drawing packages.
  • Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural teams.
  • Support project deliverables using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Perform model reviews, clash detection, and design coordination.
  • Produce and maintain construction documents.
  • Ensure BIM standards and project execution plans are followed.
  • Track project milestones and communicate progress to project teams.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of BIM Modeling experience.
     
    Strong proficiency with:
  • Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • Navisworks
  • Microsoft Office
  • Experience creating and maintaining BIM models.
  • Construction document experience.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple design disciplines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting MEP, industrial, semiconductor, or engineering projects.
  • Experience working within architectural or engineering consulting environments.
  • Clash detection and model coordination experience.
  • Stable employment history with a long-term career mindset.
