Salary range: 180k - 200k
Day to Day:
Managing transactions from contract to closing, conducting and reviewing title searches, resolving title and survey issues, and coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties. The attorney will advise clients on real estate law, risk mitigation, and deal structure, and will prepare and negotiate legal documents to protect client interests. Additional duties include maintaining organized case files, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and participating in firm meetings and client development activities.
Must haves:
- Active license to practice law in Georgia; in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
- 6-8 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions esp residential closings
- Experience working directly with clients end-to-end from contract to closing
This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
